The Table tab of the Ataytis BOM editor: the built-in and detail columns and their settings, header, rows, the hierarchy column and sorting.
The Columns list holds the built-in columns and every Details field, in display order. Move a column with its arrows, show or hide it with its switch, and open its settings to change the header, width, alignment, and, for a number column, whether it has a data bar. The first column always holds the part numbers.

Details fields are added as columns automatically while Show new detail fields automatically is on. A column whose field leaves the visual keeps its settings, and they come back with the field. Reset columns restores the defaults.

Sorting orders the components under each parent; the structure stays as it is. BOM order follows the sort order column or Child order, as Preparing BOM data describes.
