Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 9, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the AtaytisTech website, AtaytisTech Library, AtaytisTech Visuals, and Power BI custom visuals made available by AtaytisTech through Microsoft Marketplace or other approved distribution channels.
We do not sell personal data. We only collect information that is needed to operate the website, deliver purchases, manage accounts and subscriptions, provide support, improve our services, and meet legal or security obligations.
We operate from Lithuania and process personal data in line with applicable privacy laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: Name and email address when you create an account, sign in, subscribe, activate access, or manage purchases.
- Purchase and subscription information: Product purchases, subscription status, plan details, billing period, order references, and related transaction records.
- Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal, or Microsoft, depending on where you purchase. We do not store full card numbers or full payment credentials.
- Support and contact information: Information you send when contacting us, requesting a quote, joining a newsletter, or asking for product support.
- Email and consent information: Marketing consent changes and email delivery events such as delivery, bounce, unsubscribe, open, or link-click events supplied by our email provider.
- Website usage information: Pages visited, approximate location, browser and device details, IP address, referral source, and cookie or analytics events, where permitted.
3. Power BI Custom Visuals
AtaytisTech Power BI custom visuals distributed through Microsoft AppSource as certified visuals are designed to run inside Microsoft Power BI without connecting to external services. They do not send HTTP/S requests, WebSocket requests, telemetry, report data, model data, measure values, column values, filters, user selections, or other Power BI report contents to AtaytisTech.
Power BI may provide a visual with data from your report so the visual can render on the report canvas. That processing happens inside the Power BI environment. AtaytisTech does not receive, store, analyze, reuse, sell, or share the data displayed in your Power BI reports.
Our certified AppSource visuals do not load external scripts, images, fonts, links, APIs, or other online resources from AtaytisTech or third parties. They also do not use report data for advertising, profiling, AI training, product analytics, or marketing.
Licensing, billing, purchase management, and entitlement assignment for paid AppSource visuals are handled by Microsoft. Microsoft may provide us with marketplace, transaction, subscription, support, or publisher reporting information according to Microsoft's marketplace processes, but this does not include the data shown in your Power BI reports.
4. How We Use Information

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS, access controls, trusted payment processors, secure service providers, and routine security practices. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep personal data protected and limit access to people and providers who need it.
