What is the AtaytisTech Library?+
The Library includes website-based tools, code assets, and reporting resources available through one-off purchases or Pro.
What’s included in Pro?+
Pro includes access to the AtaytisTech Library: website-based tools, code assets, and reporting resources. AtaytisTech Visuals are licensed separately through Microsoft Marketplace and are not included in Pro. Enterprise customers can request a custom quote that includes Library access, Visuals, or both.
What are AtaytisTech Visuals?+
AtaytisTech Visuals are Power BI custom visuals licensed separately through Microsoft Marketplace, unless included in a custom Enterprise quote.
Do I keep tools I buy individually?+
Yes. One-off Library purchases stay available in your account permanently.
Can I use Library tools in client or commercial reports?+
Yes, exported code and purchased tools can be used in your own or client Power BI reports. They cannot be resold, redistributed, or repackaged as standalone products.
Do you offer team or company access?+
Yes. Enterprise plans can be quoted for teams, domain access, centralised billing, custom usage rights, and AtaytisTech Visuals where required.
What happens if I cancel Pro?+
You lose access to the full Library and future Pro resources. Any tools you purchased individually remain available in your account.
Can I get a refund?+
AtaytisTech Library tools are digital products with instant access, so purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. If you experience a technical issue or the product does not work as described, contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it or review the case.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel Pro anytime from your account. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period, but subscription payments already made are generally non-refundable.
