1. Terms at AtaytisTech

Welcome to AtaytisTech. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and digital products.

By visiting or purchasing you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

3. Use of Our Services

You may use our website and products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must be at least 16 years old to purchase.
• Do not reverse-engineer or redistribute our digital files.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials on this site are owned by AtaytisTech or licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use purchased products for your own business or personal use. Resale or redistribution is not permitted.

5. Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

AtaytisTech Library products are digital assets. Access is granted in full the moment a purchase completes, and the specification can be copied immediately, so purchases are non-refundable once that access has been provided.

If a product does not work as described, or you run into a technical problem with it, email us at info@ataytistech.com. We will work to resolve the issue, and will review individual cases on their merits.

AtaytisTech Pro can be cancelled at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the billing period already paid for, and payments already taken are non-refundable. Tools bought individually stay in your account after a Pro subscription ends.

AtaytisTech Visuals distributed through Microsoft Marketplace, including Ataytis Matrix, are licensed and billed by Microsoft rather than by AtaytisTech. Refunds, cancellations and trials for those products are governed by Microsoft's terms, not by this section.

None of the above affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our products in any unlawful manner.
• Transmit malicious code or spam.
• Interfere with site functionality.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtaytisTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of London.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll post the revised date here; continuing to use our services means you accept the changes.
